Mabuhay! I am Athena Riz Zamora, though I sometimes go by Tina, Thens, and Thena. I am a grade 11 STEM student in RTPM- Dumaguete Science High School.
Today, I am happy and determined to take full control of my life, regardless of the circumstances. I have a lot of insecurities, I compare myself to other people, and I have low self-esteem. But now, I am ready to break those narratives. I am a work in progress. I am working moment by moment trying to make her life the best it could be. I understand that, in the end, all that matters is how I feel, and that it is a significant achievement in my eyes, as my life has always been one of pleasing the world.

A day in my life trying to be that girl
The vlog shows a day in my life as I attempt to be "that girl." During the pandemic, all I did was eat, do chores, and sleep. It was an unproductive routine that I followed for a year and a half. This habit has had an impact on my general health, particularly my sleeping schedule; I recall waking up at 12 p.m. and sleeping at 6 a.m., which caused my mind and boy to always feel unproductive because I was always exhausted. Trying to be that girl has made me realize how important it is to put myself first! Spending time on myself, eating foods that make me happy, being productive, and striving to improve myself.
Have goals in your life. Being that girl has a lot to do with your mindset.
